Commission is for personal use only.

Commissions come with a simple or no background. If you want something more complex please ask beforehand!

Commercial uses must be discussed beforehand and will be charged accordingly.

commercial use is when you, the commissioner, are generating any type of profit from the artwork.

The commissioner is buying the rights to use the artwork for their product.

The commissioner DOES NOT own the artwork after purchasing a commercial commission.

The commissioner DOES NOT hold the right to use the final product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions within the space.

The conditions for commercial use commissions include; YouTube/Twitch/Patreon banners, promotional artwork, game/streaming assets (not emotes), fully-Illustrated covers, merchandise, or anything in which the artwork will be a majority of the presentation.

Illustrations will have noticeable signatures in the final version. For character designs, I will be credited as the artist/designer. The removal of credit/signatures is non-negotiable.

The commissioner MUST include what the artwork will be used for and any specifications for the project (e.g. height/width requirements & intended purpose/usage).

If a returning commissioner wishes to make their previously personal commission into commercial use project, they must contact me to discuss further details.

Invoice will be sent out after discussions for the commission are complete.

Payments must be paid in full upfront before an order will be started.

Payments must be paid within a 2 day time period of the order being accepted and the invoice has been sent. Failure to do so will result in the order being canceled.

Refunds will not be given after sketch was approved/artwork is finished.

Partial refunds will be given if I have started working on the sketch but have not been approved.

I work on a first come, first served basis.

Once I have finished the sketch, I will send it to you for approval.

When the sketch is approved I will start working on finishing the commission.

It can take 2-3 weeks to finish the artwork depending on the complexity of your commission. Please do not rush me.

If I feel it will take longer due to work or life I will notify you.

When I am done with your commission I will email it to you.

Small changes can be requested before sketching is complete and approved.

A fee may be added if too many small changes are requested.

You are only allowed one big change during the sketching process. After that, it will cost extra.

I retain the rights to the artwork.

Unless discussed otherwise, I have the right to post the artwork and use it as I, the artist, see fit.

Commissioner has the right to post the artwork where they like as long as they credit me and link back to my page/the original post.

Commissioner does not have the right to copy/edit/trace/steal/profit from my artwork in any way.
